community rules
last updated october 24, 2026
Glassay is for hanging out with your people. these rules keep it that way. breaking them can get content removed and accounts suspended — for the worst things, on the first time.
- be kind. no bullying, harassment, threats, or piling on. don’t share someone’s private information.
- no hate. no attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar.
- no sexual content involving minors — ever. we remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities (NCMEC in the US).
- no nudity or sexual content, and never share intimate images of anyone without their consent.
- no violence or dangerous acts. no threats, glorifying violence, or encouraging self-harm. if you or a friend is struggling, in the US you can call or text 988 any time.
- be real. no pretending to be someone else, fake accounts, spam or scams.
- respect the law and other people’s work. no illegal goods, and don’t post content you don’t have the rights to.
- flickers and glints follow the same rules, even though they disappear.
if you see something
tap ⋯ or hold a message and choose report. reports are private. you can also block anyone from their profile, a post, or the gear in your chat. if someone is in danger right now, call your local emergency number (911 in the US).
